Purchased in 2017, this site was originally a Sam’s Club built in the 1980’s. Located in the popular Hyde Park/Oakley neighborhood in Cincinnati, the site sat vacant after Sam’s Club moved across Interstate-71. AMGKY purchased the site in August 2017 and quickly repositioned . The site was rezoned, fully entitled, and built in 10 months as a joint venture with one of our portfolio companies, Andover Construction. It is now managed by AMGKY under the Citadel brand name. Netting over 85,000 NRSF, the facility boasts a mix of indoor temperature-controlled units and traditional outdoor, drive-up storage. Staying true to the Citadel brand’s emphasis on function and design, this facility also features 5 different covered unloading areas around the building secured behind 2 PIN-coded access gates.
