About our process
We can start with an existing Andover Construction floor plan that we have previously built and work out from there, customizing it to your family’s needs, or we can design a custom house from scratch. Either way, we pride ourselves in working to create a plan for you and your family, not conforming you to a plan that fits something we that have done in the past. If you have any floor plans you have found that you absolutely love, we can use that as a basis for design and inspiration to create a custom plan for to meet your specific needs and wants! Andover Construction works with local architects to design a plan and make changes that meets what you are looking for and give you a rough estimate. Once you are comfortable with your plan and the price, we work to finalize the construction documents and make selections. After breaking ground, we can typically build your home in just several months!
